Sid is an industry award-winning Executive and NED with almost 30 years of recruitment industry experience, across businesses such as S3, Adecco, Cordant and Mastermind Consulting. As Managing Director of Adecco’s IT, Engineering and Telecommunications arms in UK and Europe, Sid grew the practice to 400 Staff, £280m Revenue, £45m NFI and £20m Profit. As Managing Director of Professional Staffing at Cordant Group, Sid led their acquisition and integration strategy.

After selling his first business in 2002, Sid has since bought, grown and sold other businesses.

As CEO of Mastermind Consulting, he currently advises 18 SME recruitment businesses on strategy, operational excellence, leadership and wealth creation. He is an APSCo Affiliate Member
