Working for organisations such as Hunterskil Howard, Modis International, Montash and Xcede. As the European Managing Director of Modis he helped transform the brand into a high end specialist recruiter across Europe with over 200 recruiters and £175m sales.

Roy is the CEO of Consiliario Consulting and works with a number of SME recruitment businesses on international expansion, specialist market transformation, operational excellence and leadership coaching and mentoring. He is also considered a contract specialist and has a proven model for scale.
