Most recently Head of Training and Development at James Harvard International Group, a specialist Search, Selection and Contract organisation in Life Sciences and Technology into Investment Banking that sold to Hays in 2007.

Previously Commercial at Director Resource Solutions, Board Director at Best International Group plc (Now part of Spring Group plc) and National Sales Director at Computer People Group plc (Latterly Delphi Group now part of Adecco Group).
