Elite Future Leaders
Through our experience of working with owners and senior leaders we have identified there is a significant need for Succession Planning.
Many of our member companies are currently wrestling with the challenge of effectively devolving responsibility to the next generation of managers and leaders, a critical component to the achievement of sustainable business growth.
Additionally, the transition from successful biller to effective leader is notoriously difficult to achieve, and it can be lonely and isolated for the individual. There is a high failure rate, which is costly for all concerned.
In 2011 we launched Elite Future Leaders, an exclusive programme designed to enhance the development of the second tier of leadership within our member companies.
Membership will centre on meetings, which will be half day practical bi-monthly workshops.
Each session is facilitated by an industry expert Chair, alongside a guest expert who will present on a specific subject, followed by an interactive session to tackle the issues, challenges and opportunities that the attendees face in their everyday work.
There is a high level of expert support and advice from the Elite team between meetings, combined with a confidential helpline to solve specific work related issues as they arise.
For the group members, it is a platform to share best practice and exchange new ideas with peers in a safe and confidential environment, the most proven method of effective personal and professional development.
Elite Future Leaders is for first line managers, team leaders, or anyone that is being considered for promotion to a leadership position within a sales function.
