Anya has a great deal of experience in all types of contractual disputes that arise in the course of commercial life. She has spent a great deal of time litigating in the recruitment sector, enforcing Terms and Conditions and restrictive covenants in employment contracts. She has recently been looking at best practice in protecting data bases including social networking sites and the monitoring of employees. She has also had a great deal of success in recovering debts from reluctant payers.

David has dealt in all aspects of employment law, employee benefits and pensions. His experience specifically includes contentious matters including claims covering all areas of employment law. David works with businesses giving day-to-day preventative employment advice and training as well as advice on contracts, handbooks and policies and the drafting of agreements for employees, consultants, subcontractors, commercial agents and agency workers.

David is extremely experienced in a variety of company and commercial matters particularly in the areas of start-up businesses through to the disposal and acquisition of businesses, companies, limited liability partnerships and traditional partnerships, including all the necessary negotiations and provision of documentation that this may necessitate. In particular, he has extensive experience in drafting shareholders agreements, and terms and conditions which he has provided over the years to the recruitment sector. He is a specialist adviser in non-contentious trademark and copyright matters including brand strategies.
