As a CFO he has a proven track record of reviewing acquisition targets, due diligence, and business integration as well as advising on broader strategic issues.
Steven is a partner at Gateley PLC and a recruitment specialist within their corporate team. Steven has substantial experience in private equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, in particular, with share sale and purchase and cross-border transactions, asset sales, MBOs, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
Vas has been involved in the Recruitment Industry since 2001. With a heavy focus on building a contract business who has set global records within his time at S3, since then he has established and supported recruitment business and aided the set up of European practice.
