I set up The Mind Tribe after working in PR for over 20 years. My passion is wellbeing and I aim to work with businesses to equip their teams with the practical tools and techniques they need to problem proof their day.

Steven is a partner at Gateley PLC and a recruitment specialist within their corporate team. Steven has substantial experience in private equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, in particular, with share sale and purchase and cross-border transactions, asset sales, MBOs, joint ventures and group reorganisations.

Anya Bloom


Anya is a Solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment sector and has been working with Elite Leaders since 2008, having previously acted for John O’Sullivan and companies with which he was associated. Anya has advised and acted in relation to very many aspects and numerous scenarios specific to the recruitment sector, including: claiming unpaid fees from clients in various circumstances; restrictive covenants and competition; contractual documents; corporate structure; corporate disagreements; employment contracts; employment issues and ancillary matters.

Vas has been involved in the Recruitment Industry since 2001. With a heavy focus on building a contract business who has set global records within his time at S3, since then he has established and supported recruitment business and aided the set up of European practice.

Suzanne James


Suzanne James has over 20 years’ HR experience gained in a variety of sectors including recruitment.  She has spent the last 10 years’+ at a senior level including HR Director.

Suzanne supports businesses with the full remit of HR solutions from statutory compliance, HR Advice and Assistance, HR Policies and HR documentation through to HR Projects, HR Strategy and Director Level support.

In addition, Suzanne is an NLP trainer and provides coaching and training solutions to ensure employees are equipped with successful mindset tools to be the BEST person they can be.
