The Elite Leaders programme is designed to increase the turnover and profit levels, through peer to peer learning with a focus on delivering business solutions which are easily implemented. Our members get together monthly and meet with some of UK’s highest quality business and recruitment experts who share many of the secrets of their success, not theory but proven, practical solutions to outperform today’s and tomorrow’s business challenges. Some of the topics covered include: tactics to increase profits; reward schemes; leadership; management; exit strategy and building high performance teams, to name but a few.

The Elite groups are chaired by high-profile business people such as John O’Sullivan, Sir Eric Peacock, Gareth Osborne and Mike Walmsley, selected for their extensive business experience and who will have encountered and surmounted the very same obstacles as you and have the ability to ensure a swift resolution to any challenge.

Each of our Elite groups consists of up to fifteen owners and managing directors of recruitment companies who meet in various locations across the UK (currently in London, Birmingham and Manchester). During 2008/2009 new groups will be launched in Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol and Cardiff.
